The main difference that one can find between the American and the Italian language wine labeled systems happen to be that American wines will be named based on the type or types or grapes that they used while Italian, since many of Euro wines, are named in line with the region that they can come from. Another difference is that Italian wineries are required to show on their ingredients label the retro year (year when the fruit were harvested) while American wines are generally not required to take action. Italian Laws only permit the mention of the variety of grape employed when in least 85% of the kind was used in the production. American wine beverages must demonstrate type of wines. For example: White- Table Wines.
